The promotion till prime level is by yourself which is automated
The promotion to Super is by you proving yourself that you can be in the community.
The next level is VIP, which will be given periodically wen a mod or admin see you really deserve with your integration, helpfulness towards the newbies , Performance and contributions at the staffs discreet.
There are no hidden forums. There are only extra forums for members who have gain the level and it will open itself up.
The staffs are not warning or biting, infact they are joking and having fun while telling you things only.. You need some sense of humor.
Everyone who signup / register are directed to the rules page automatically. So if someone says they did not read, it is not our fault.
Since the VIP level is a "discrete " level, It was purposely left out from the rules and regulation at the moment.
But after SWAK upgrad ( around 2 weeks from now ) , there will be even more levels and even more contents and forums . First hand contents will be for the staffs and than delivered to the rest.
